I have an auntie who rides with RDA in New Zealand, so I know first hand the wonderful job that their volunteers do.

Sounds like you had a lot of fun and met some awesome people.

O no, not another one! It´s really enough for this decade! But as sad as it was/is at the moment, I´m glad to read that you´re looking for the good people, animals and things in life again, not only seeing the sad and bad things (I know easy to write, sometimes very hard to do!)
And I´m glad to hear, that you are able to spend some more time as a family. That´s soooo important! Go for it!

I´m trying to imagine a pony wearing a cow costume!(lol) I´m looking forward to have a look at the photos (pretty please!)
May I ask one question?
How are my fav. birds doing? Is everything ok with the owls?

Crossing everything possible for a brillant filming day and sending some positive thoughts

Sarah,

So very sorry for your loss of both your mother & father, and Tony's as well.

When my uncle died last year from liver cancer, I came to the conclusion that people are all on loan to us during our life span. Our parents, our kids, relatives, friends, etc..are not ours, we borrow them, use and/or unknowingly abuse them, or treat them well, as the case maybe, whilst we're here on this earth and when it's time, like our organs, these people are ripped from us by the Repo Man, please forgive use of than character but it is so true, isn't it? When the time comes to pay up, we have to part with our loved ones whether or not we're ready.

You are a mervellous woman, have always been inspiring with your passion for helping animals and your generosity too (you took the time to email me back about my pit bull sometime ago). I hope in your moments of need, you'll find comfort in knowing that your loved ones live forever in your memories and heart. My deepest sympathies.

Just read your post and whilst I don't know you all, was so touched I wanted to write and offer my sympathies. You helped me through a tough time when my collie dog Kai lost his leg in a RTA and I was so grateful for your time and kind words. I wish I could offer similar comfort to you in what must be such a bleak time. You're all in my thoughts xxx
